Terms & Conditions - Photography and Videography:
We reserve the right to make videos and recordings at our events. The filming and recording of such events may be shared on social media platforms. All reasonable steps will be taken to preserve attendees' anonymity, but the material is made available to further the development of Rounding Edges' work and share knowledge in the public domain relating to the work of Rounding Edges. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are deemed to consent to the use of your image, whether still, video and/or recorded, and or audio being broadcast online. I hereby grant permission to use my likeness in photographs, video or other digital media in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications and marketing without payment or other consideration.

Waiver
I agree to the following:
1. I am participating in classes or services during which I will receive information and instruction about meditation and/or related philosophy and teachings.
2. I recognize that as part of the meditation practice, I may also choose to do physical movement, such as sitting, standing, breathing exercises, and walking meditation. I may find some or all of these movements strenuous and some may cause physical injury in unusual circumstances. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
3. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in mediation practice. I have no known physical or mental health condition that would prevent my safe participation in meditation classes.
4. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the offered classes, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program.
5. In further consideration of participating in the meditation classes or events, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against ROUNDING EDGES, LLC and/or its representatives, the class instructor(s), and or anyone with an interest in the premises on which the activity is taking place for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in classes, groups, retreats, workshops or other events held by ROUNDING EDGES, LLC.
6. I agree to indemnify Rounding Edges, LLC (and its owners, representatives and agents) from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses of any nature (including attorney fees and court costs) which may now orhereafter be sustained by myself, or any other person, as a result of my participation in activities at Rounding Edge’s program.
