As a boutique agency, we provide each of our partners with a highly personalized support experience, ensuring that:

(2) Grow Society consultants participate in your community in ways that provide the emic insights needed to design and support sustainable growth.
(3) We authentically engage each shareholder within your community.
(4) We support your school community in ways that build acumen, efficacy, and agency.
(5) We exceed your expectations of service.

Partners in our Spotlight Schools Program receive:

- 10% off of all products and services

- Up to $5000 in complimentary services

- Updates and early sign-up for course and seminar offerings

Requirements for Spotlight Schools

- Commitment to at least 30 days of service for the academic year

- Commitment to co-host quarterly family and community outreach sessions

- Permission to feature the work and successes of your school on approved promotional materials
