The Anchorage Chamber of Commerce is looking for volunteers for our Route 66 themed Gold Pan Awards at the Dena'ina Center on November 17th, 2023.

Whether you're able to assist for a portion or the entirety of the event, we appreciate any time that you are willing to give!

9:00 am -1:00 pm Set Up:
  • Place collateral on tables
  • Assist with table centerpieces
  • Check-in table
4:30 pm - 7:00 pm Attendee Registration: (FILLED)
  • Assist with checking attendees in
  • Help guests find their tables
5:00 pm - 8:30 pm Sell Games-of-Giving Tickets:
  • Sell Games-of-Giving tickets: Heads or Tails blinky rings, Airplane Toss, and Deal-or-No Deal
9:00 pm - 11:00 pm Clean Up & Tear Down:
  • Break down event decorations
