Mountain View Pickleball  Club - Membership Application
The Mountain View Pickleball Club is a 501c (7) Social Club.  Memberships are available as follows:  MV Resident Single ($30), MV Resident Family ($50), Non-MV Resident Single ($40) and Non-MV Resident Family ($60).  Memberships will automatically renew in 12 months and the method of payment you used to pay for membership will be charged.  If you don't wish to renew, email us at:  mvpickleballt@gmail.com to request to cancel the membership before it is scheduled to renew in 12 months.  The 12 month period begins on the day the membership application is submitted and payment is received online.  Send questions or comments to:  mvpickleballt@gmail.com.
