＜学外一般の方向け＞東京大学大学院情報学環・学際情報学府図書室  来室予約フォーム　Reservation Application Form for Use of the University of Tokyo III/GSII Library for Non U-Tokyo Members
学外の方（東京大学に在籍していない一般の方）については、現在、事前予約制でご利用を受け付けております。資料を特定の上、お申し込みください。
Currently, non U-Tokyo members may use the III/GSII Library by reservation-only. 

★他の図書館に所蔵がある資料については、利用をお断りすることがあります。
　If the same materials are available in other libraries, please use them.

★情報学環・学際情報学府図書室所蔵の「マイクロフィルム・マイクロフィッシュ」（OPACで検索時、資料種別がマイクロ形態の資料）の閲覧を希望される方は、 社会情報研究資料センターの来室申込フォームより、来室予約をしてください。

＜申込期間＞ Application period
・利用希望日の2週間前から１営業日前の12:00まで、お申し込みが可能です。
　Please make reservation by 12 p.m. at least one business day before you wish to use. The Library is accepting reservation from two weeks before the day you wish to visit.

＜開室時間＞ Opening hours
受付できない日がありますので、カレンダーにてご確認ください。

＜入室時の注意＞ Notes on Entering the Library
・入口に用意してある消毒液で手指の消毒をお願いします。
　Please use the hand sanitizer at the library entrance before entering.
・体温が37.5度以上の場合は利用をお断りさせていただきますのでご了承ください。
　Please understand that you will not be permitted to enter if your body temperature is 37.5℃ or above.
