Use this form to submit a project to be recognized by the National Honor Society. Any project accepted will count towards NHS hours. NHS service projects must be available for other NHS members to join and contribute to. Individual community service projects can be submitted for non-NHS hours.

Please note: projects submitted here may take several days for approval. You will be contacted about the project's status if needed.
