2023 Tree & Wreath Sale Volunteer Registration
Thank you for volunteering for our annual Tree & Wreath Sale! Please complete this form to submit your request.  Our Tree & Wreath Sale Helpers are asked to:

  • Managing shift sales
  • Untying and stacking trees
  • Helping customers select their perfect tree
  • Loading trees onto the customer’s vehicle
Shifts include:
  • Saturday, November 25: (8am-10am) - Tree Delivery Day (Help unload, stack and rack trees)
  • Opening Weekend Shifts (11/25 & 11/26): Teens (9am-1pm; 1pm-5pm) Monday, November 27 until we sell out
  • M-F Weekday Shift: Adults (5pm-7pm) Teens: (1pm-3pm; 3pm-5pm; 5pm-7pm)
  • Sat/Sun Weekend Shifts: 8:30am - noon; noon - 3:30pm; 3:30pm - 7:00pm
Please note ALL shifts are first-come, first-served and fill up quickly.

Important Volunteer Information:
  • You must be 13 years or older to volunteer (with parent/guardian permission)
  • There will be a shift captain that must be 18 years or older and works with assigned volunteers to make sure the sale operates smoothly
  • You must be 18 years or older to operate the electric saw and handle the point of sale
  • Many positions require individuals to carry and lift trees
