This is a first time event. Located on a min road with LOTS of traffic. Signs will be out front and visible!

~8 ft tables or 8 ft by 4 ft space $40 each
~Set up begins at 9:30 am NO EARLIER
~A raffle item of at least a $15 value is mandatory
~Electric is available. You must bring an extension cord in case needed
~After registration you will receive an invoice through Square. When invoice is paid you will be listed below as a confirmed vendor
~All the information you need will be listed here. You can refer back to this link to answer any questions. An email will also go out the week of the event with all of the details and any new details.
~We will allow one representative per company to set up at the event. You can bring someone with you it just means there will not be two or more people there competing.
~The event will be advertised by social media, fliers, yard signs and an ad in the local paper
~The event is over at 4 pm. You MUST stay set up until 4 pm
~We will give out 100 swag bags. You can advertise in these swag bags for an additional $20. All advertisements for the bags are due by October 25th. They can be sent to P.O. Box 143 Topton PA 19562 or dropped off at a previous event.

We advertise by newspaper ads, community bulletin boards, local websites, social media, posters and yard signs. It is also the responsibility of the participating vendors to share the event through Facebook and help spread the word. We work very hard for our shows and to make them be the best they can be for the vendors and the guests.
