2022 Virtual STSC Residency Fair (Attendee Registration)
Welcome Students and Trainees! We are excited to announce that the AAPM Students and Trainees Subcommittee (STSC) will be hosting the 2022 Virtual Residency Fair, which will take place in September 2022 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3-6pm EDT (12-3pm PDT) with program sessions hosted in 50-min timeslots. You must register in advance to receive the virtual links to program sessions.

To maximize the accessibility, the AAPM STSC and its members are organizing the 2022 Virtual Residency Fair internally this year. Our goal for this initiative is to connect prospective candidates and programs and enable broader participation for those unable to attend the in-person event. We encourage students, trainees, and prospective applicants to register to attend this Virtual event, as an accessible way to learn more about programs!

Registration Deadline: Friday, September 2nd at 12pm EDT (Anticipated Time to Complete Form: 1-min)

If you have already registered for the in-person event in Washington, D.C. and expressed interest to attend the Virtual event, your response has been recorded and you do not need to fill out this form. However, you may complete this form to ensure your information has been successfully submitted or to share your contact information with participating programs.

The Virtual Residency Fair Google Sheets Timetable and Google Calendar including the participating programs can be found on the AAPM 2022 STSC Virtual Residency Fair webage. The Zoom Meeting passwords will be shared with registered attendees only.
