OCTavern Festival, presented by Java's (javascafe.com), is a celebration of all things autumnal - beer, cider, food, music, and crafts!

The first annual OCTavern Festival will take place at the Stone-Tolan Historic Site in Brighton, New York on Saturday, October 9th from 11am to 5pm.

The focus of OCTavern Festival is on regional agriculture and locally-made products. We plan to host a curated selection of makers, artisans, and craftspeople working primarily in traditional and natural materials (paper, wood, clay, floral, fiber, skincare, etc). Special consideration will be given to independently-owned businesses, minority or LGBTQ+ vendors, and/or those who are able to demonstrate their techniques or provide educational information to festival attendees. A limited number of complimentary vendor opportunities will be offered to craftspeople who meet some or all of these criteria.

The first round of applications have already been submitted, and invitations are being extended to appropriate applicants.  Applications submitted after July 19th will be reviewed and accepted if space allows.

A refundable deposit of $100 will be due by August 15th at 5:00pm in order to hold your space at the Festival. This deposit will be forfeited in the event of a vendor no-show or damage to the Festival grounds or property that is the fault of a vendor.
