You are completing this form to request an invoice from Teach Well Toolkit for delivery of the one day Level 2 First Aid in Youth Mental Health qualification from First Aid Awards (FAA) for your students on Thursday, 2nd May 2024. The maximum number of students is 19 and they must be accompanied by a member of staff. The member of staff will also receive the qualification.

The course starts at 09.00 and ends at 15.45.

The course costs £495 for up to 19 students and a teacher, including a First Aid for Youth Mental Health manual: (No VAT). Assessment and Certification costs £250. The total cost is £749. Certification lasts for 3 years.

Assessment is conducted via a 30-minute individually scheduled assessment on the following day (Friday 3rd May) via a straightforward set of oral questions and a 5-minute discussion of how you would approach someone who is suffering from mental ill-health.
