Female friendships have long been known to be complex, but are relationships that we need and seek. So many life events play a part in where we are today with our current inner circle of friends.  After the isolation created by the pandemic, the way we live, work, and play have changed, which has impacted our social interactions, as well as our social energy. It’s time to reset our friendships! 

This workshop will offer suggestions for making and cultivating friendships, address how to be a better friend yourself, and how to do the sensitive work of setting boundaries and letting go of unhealthy relationships. You will leave with a sense of empowerment to grow your friendships, and the courage to build the supportive inner circle you seek and deserve.
