Please complete this form if you wish to participate in the Rix.GG May UKCS Cup Qualifier.

Qualifiers will be played on the FACEIT Platform. Therefore, if a player is serving a FACEIT Ban, they will not be allowed to participate. Anyone found to evade this rule will be banned indefinitely.

Qualifiers will happen over the weekend (see below for dates). Schedules will be found on the qualifier page.

3 out of 5 players on the team in the server must be from the United Kingdom or Ireland. Any team found to not comply with this rule will be disqualified.

- Team Captains will be given a select role once they are in and will also be contacted on confirmation of their place in the qualifier.
