Collaborative Leadership and Membership Engagement

The project aims to empower English language practitioners of the HE to build resilience in the face of war crisis and take an active role in revitalizing the ELT sector of higher education system in post-war Ukraine. Through a series of workshops, training sessions, and collaborative projects, participants will:

  • Develop essential leadership skills, including communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
  • Engage with fellow educators and community members to share best practices, resources, and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to foster community engagement, and support the well-being of lecturers.
  • Build networks and partnerships with local and international organizations to leverage resources and expertise in the EL industry.
