Access to Communication has been a barrier in some situations, which technology can only assist with to a certain level. Volunteers like you can make the difference in high stress situations, or in just building relationships and understanding between newcomers in times when they need to work through the process of resettlement here in Canada. Thank you for being willing to put your understanding of English, Ukrainian and/or Russian to use to support the wellbeing of our newcomers.

Below are some questions to help onboard you into our volunteer system so that we may be able to call on you for support in person or online. Please reach out to ukrainehelpvi@gmail.com if you have any questions at all.
