Please fill out the application below with all your details. You will get confirmation and invoice for payment (via PayPal) in May. Booth space is not guaranteed until payment is received. Booth spaces are filled on a first paid/first served basis.
There are a limited number of exhibit spots available. Exhibitors will be curated to provide the best selection of N4C Photography related content. Table assignment, map and details will be sent out with additional facility and load in/out details once payment is received.
Entrance to the convention is not included in the above price. This is only for a vendor table space. Vendors must keep displays and signage within their designated booth space.
VENDOR TABLE DETAILS
Cost $50.00 booth for the whole weekend non electric table
Size 6' table in a 10x10 space
Provided (1) 6' table with table cloth
(2) chairs for table
Electricity limited and by request only (additional cost of $15 for table with electric)
Extra Table available for $10
All tables are located in heated indoor space
Tentative Vendor set up Schedule:
Thursday 1pm-4pm: Set up
Thursday 4:pm all booths must be set up.
Cancellations within two months of the event are non-refundable.
