The 2022 Rally has filled up (this actually happened in early Jan., 2022.) However, we do have people that have inquired about waitlist. With the uncertainty associated with travel plans in the future, it seems prudent to get an official list going.

Please complete this form if you would like to be on the waitlist. If people cancel their attendance, I will reach out to the next person on the list to see if they'd like to take that spot.

Process:
1. The waitlist is simply a "please contact me if a space becomes available" situation. If one comes available, I will reach out via phone/text, email, and FB.
2. If I don't receive a response in 48 hrs, I'll move to the next person.
3. If you end up making plans, it would be appreciated to reach out to me to remove you from the list, but it's not necessary, as you can simply reply if contacted.
4. If you want to take the space available, I'll need a deposit via Venmo or other agreed method ASAP.

Note: On May 1, 2022, the list is final and I'll be sending deposits to the resort. After that time, cancellations will become a bit more wonky.

Rally cost: FREE
Camping Cost: $54 per night, minus 10% discount, plus tax.

Notes on reservations for camping & rally:
*If you are only going to camp during the nights we have blocked (Wed. July 27, 2022 thru Sat. July 30 - leaving Sunday) then you'll need to send a one night deposit to Lynn Catlin (organizer.) I will send you a receipt and hold the cash in my savings account until May 2, 2022, when I will send all deposits to the resort. Deposit is refundable until Midnight, May 1, 2022. Your spot is only garauteed with a paid deposit (venmo, facebook pay, zelle transfer to our credit union, or check by mail). I will contact you to secure payment once this form is received.

* If you're going to arrive before Wednesday, July 27 AND/OR stay beyond Sat. July 30 (meaning Sunday night or more) then you'll book your reservation with the resort - and still complete this form.

Schedule overview (we will post a more formal schedule in December, updating as we go through spring):
Wednesday: optional arrival day for those doing off-site activities on Thursday, July 28. Dinner on your own, with social hours after.

Thursday: Full day offsite activities available, with evening welcome dinner.

Friday & Saturday: Activities throughout the day - group activities, vendor demo, owner maintenance clinics, dinners, and a Q & A with A-team personnel.

Sunday: Departure day, no activities planned.
