CALA Intranet Users Satisfaction Survey

This survey was created to help us better understand users’ satisfaction with the current intranet and to identify the steps needed for improving the intranet. We'd like to know from the survey: 

- Current satisfaction level with the intranet

- Whether the intranet meet users' needs

- Finding existing problems users are facing (pain point identification)
