Educate about the need . . .
To prevent and reduce young people being subjected daily to sophisticated marketing messages encouraging them to use alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs that are dangerous for them.

To raise taxes on alcohol and tobacco so that they are high enough to discourage use, especially among youth, and pay for the damage they do. Research shows that increasing the costs of these substances decreases the number of  youth obtaining and subsequently consuming these substances. (GA has the lowest tobacco tax in the United States and the 47th lowest distilled spirits (liquor) tax in the U.S.)
