Artist Submission Disclaimer Agreement. In submitting your idea(s) and/or art to Latinx 4 Social Movement, Inc. you acknowledge and agree that:The submission of your idea(s) and/or art (“submission”) to become a member of the Latinx 4 Social Movement Artist Cohort does not create a contract between you and Latinx 4 Social Movement, Inc. Nor does your submission guarantee you acceptance into the Latinx 4 Social Movement Artist Cohort. Your submission will go through a formal review process to determine if your values and talents align with Latinx 4 Social Movement, Inc. mission and values. If Latinx 4 Social Movement, Inc. has an interest in working with you or products/productions based on your submission, the terms of the agreement between you and Latinx 4 Social Movement, Inc. will be set forth in a separate written Licensing Agreement that both you and Latinx 4 Social Movement,Inc. will need to sign. Until and unless there is a signed Licensing Agreement between you and Latinx 4 Social Movement, Inc., Latinx 4 Social Movement,Inc. owes you no duty, obligation, responsibility or liability of any kind.There is no commitment or agreement by Latinx 4 Social Movement, Inc. to develop and/or produce the idea(s) and/or art you submit.Latinx 4 Social Movement, Inc. may have already considered or have knowledge of the ideas and/or art that you submit. Any similarity between ideas/art already submitted are solely the products of the submitter’s imagination and any resemblance is purely coincidental and Latinx 4 Social Movement, Inc. does not assume any duty, obligation, responsibility or liability of any kind for any such similarities.Latinx 4 Social Movement, Inc. may have already begun product development of a product or production similar to the idea(s) and/or art that you submit before your submission to the Latinx 4 Social Movement Artist Cohort. Any similarity between ideas/art already submitted are solely the products of the submitter’s imagination and any resemblance is purely coincidental and Latinx 4 Social Movement, Inc. does not assume any duty, obligation, responsibility or liability of any kind for any such similarities.It is not possible for Latinx 4 Social Movement, Inc. to return to you your submission, including the idea(s) and/or art.
