Comic Book and Graphic Novel Incubator.Adults.2021

Graphic Novels and Comic Books combine visual art with writing and literary devices (plot, point of view, character, flashbacks). In this class we’re going to learn how to read and discuss them critically, how to talk about how they get made, and how to make one yourself with help from cartoonist Miles Cook. We'll be reading, discussing, examining, and enjoying comics that already exist, while also learning step-by-step how to get started with making your own comic or graphic novel.
