Participant Registration
On January 24th, 2020, we will be celebrating our 15th Annual Family Fun Night event at the Iber Holmes Gove Middle School (1 Steve K Batchelder Way, Raymond NH 03077). We would like to extend an invitation for you and your organization, or the program that you volunteer with, to participate. We have room for approximately 30 agencies, providers and establishments to share information about their services and programs. (We have a snow date reserved for January 30, 2020 - same location and time.)
Each year this event is well attended, and its popularity continues to grow. This is a fantastic opportunity for your organization to spread the word to members of the community about the excellent services it provides.
Space is limited, so please fill out the information below by January 17th to reserve your spot and to ensure all special requests are met. To offset costs (planning, organizing, printing & promotion) for the event, there is a $50 table registration fee ($35 for nonprofits), which can be paid by check (mailed in or dropped off). **We want everyone there; if this is not in your budget, please contact us as soon as possible to inquire about a scholarship.
Event set up will be from 4 pm-5:30 pm, please arrive by 5:30 pm so all tables can be ready for the 6 pm event start time!
