Parents,

Please use this form to award your student(s) credit for their St. Aloysius Community Group. Points may be earned for various reasons. Examples include Random Acts of Kindness, Stewardship opportunities (service work), as well as weekend Mass attendance. Points should only be given for students who go above and beyond typical expectations. Daily chores, babysitting, and other routine expectations may not be considered. Staff will review submissions to determine eligibility. Please do not allow your students access to the form in order that we can maintain a fair representation of points that are truly earned. We want to offer this to you as incentive as well. Families who have more than one student in middle school will need to use separate forms for each child's entry.
