HCB Birthday Request Form
The price for the event is $450 for up to 12 party dancers.
Current HCB dancers receive a discounted price of $375.
*Note that parties are designed for ages 3-8*

A reminder that all non-HCB guests will be required to submit a waiver prior to the party. The host will receive a link to share with their guest list.
The host family may arrive 15 minutes before and after the party for any final details and to organize themselves to leave.
If more time is needed, please discuss it with staff. If more time is requested beyond Basic Package for set up or clean up, you will be billed $60 per hour.

A final guest count is due one week prior, and you will be responsible to pay for that number of guests. Please advise HCB if you would like theme-specific or general treat bags.

I understand that my date/time is not final until confirmed by HCB staff. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required upon booking to hold the date and begin preparations. Remainder due 30 days prior to the event. *
