The Mersey Orthopaedic Mentoring Scheme aims to match you with a suitable mentor.  This form attempts to find out some basic information to aid the matching process.

All responses will remain confidential on a database and are only available to the scheme supervisors: Mr Ben Fischer and Professor Jim Harrison.

The questions however are entirely voluntary. You can pick and choose which questions to answer. The only information required to join is name, email address and training grade and mentor-mentee agreement.
