KidsQuest is reopening with a maximum of 6 children per nursery. Even though you sign your child up for class this Sunday, we cannot guarantee your child will "get in." If this happens, your child will move to the top of the waiting list for next Sunday.

A completed 2020/21 Emergency Medical Form and Liability Release is required before your child returns to KidsQuest. If you have not yet received a form in the mail, you can download one at fairfieldchristian.org/children in our Forms section.  A copy of our COVID-19 Reopening Policies and Procedures is available on our webpage.
