Before you complete this registration form you will need the following information ready to be entered:

- Names of all members of the team, spelled correctly.

- Email address for all members of the team (important information will be sent to the email addresses entered)

- Grade level of each team member

- For Science Fair or Invention Convention, you will need the final title of your project

- Science teacher name

- School name
