IFN Sunday School Photo Consent Form 2023-24

From time to time we will take photographs of the children in the school during activities or at a special event such as field trips, class performance, parties, etc. As a parent of a student at IFN Sunday School, I hereby consent to the use of photographs/videotapes taken of my child during the course of the year. I understand that these photos/videotapes will be used for publicity and educational purposes.
