Nomination Form for someone you feel has been especially RootEd this year.  Must be a staff member at a RootEd school but cannot be a RootEd Rep.  Could be someone you work with who helps with RootEd ideas.  Also, could be someone who always shares stories and uses the RootEd hashtag.  Someone who understands what it means to be RootEd in the school and community and why we are trying to market our schools.
