Health Coach Biz Basics Bootcamp
Hi, I'm Kathy Mead Fronheiser. I've been a Health Coach for over 15 years and I've learned how to keep the BIZ part super simple! I've talked with many coaches who are overwhelmed by all the things to do. How do you actually fit it all in and make progress when you're spinning 20 additional plates? Let me show you how!

What is it? 
- Let's get ORGANIZED and INTENTIONAL with our time ... learn how to move the needle in your biz by working just an hour per day
- four sessions total
- meet every Thursday evening via zoom in November 2023 from 8-8:40p ET (except Thanksgiving) 

What will we cover? 
1. How to keep up with and stay organized with current clients and prospects (spreadsheet template provided)
2. Lead Magnets - learn how to create a link that connects to a lead magnet so that you can collect prospect email addresses (I will show you in Flodesk and in Google/Gmail). I will also share my fav resource to buy lead magnets!
3. Content creation - how to create templates in CANVA so that you can put social media posts on repeat; how to create a basic REEL
4. Put it all together! Use a planner or calendar to plan your week, determine when the best time is for you to work and KNOW EXACTLY what you'll be doing during work time to move the needle. 
++ each session will have a "teaching" component and a Q&A component ++
