Kindergarten Registration  2024-2025
This form will get you started on registering your child for Kindergarten for the 24-25 school year.  Your child must be 5 years old by August 1, 2024.  Once you have completed this form, watch for an email from Final Forms, which will enable you to complete the other required registration forms online.  Please be sure you complete all Final Forms documents and return the required paper forms to the office by March 28th.  At that time you will be set up with an appointment for screening on August 12th.
