Thank you for your interest in the Military Medical Humanitarian Assistance Course (MMHAC) Virtual Class.
This course is intended for medical licensed independent practitioners (physicians, PAs, NPs) with a strong preference for those in primary care. However, we are open to allowing other students to attend based on seat availability and class demand.
Apply for a seat in the virtual class by filling out the form below. Please note your seat is not guaranteed with your application alone. Seats are offered based on qualification AND timing of sign-up with priority for licensed independent practitioners. Given the high demand, we will offer 30 virtual seats per class then start a waitlist.
6-8 weeks before the class start date, you will receive an email informing you of your status (seat offered or placed on waitlist). Those offered a seat are required to confirm attendance within the allotted time or it will be offered to the waitlist.
We recommend that you list your personal email address in addition to your military email address. In the past, students have missed the confirmation email when listing only their military email. It is also easier to access the course materials this way.
