Sex and Taxes - Help me create crowdfunding rewards

For each reward below please indicate how much (in EUR or USD, they're close enough) you think you'd be willing to contribute to join the campaign at that tier. If you're not interested in a given reward at any price please fill in 0 for the amount.

For each reward, try to imagine that all the other rewards were claimed or unavailable. So you'd join a real campaign by choosing at most one reward, but in this form you might indicate positive amounts for several rewards.

The amounts you fill in below are only helpful indications for me, they won't be treated as promises by you to support the campaign!
