If you are a Mitchell High School or Second Chance High student in need of assistance with school supplies for the 2025/2026 school year, please fill out the following form. IF requested by 7/30, supplies can then be picked up during MHS Registration. IF requested after 7/31, they can be picked up from MHS Guidance Offices during their office hours.
School Supplies included:
- 1 pencil sharpener
- 1 pink eraser
- 1 pkg loose leaf paper
- 1 ruler
- 1 travel hand sanitizer
- 1 travel facial tissue
- 2 highlighters
- 9 pens (Black/Blue/Red)
- 7 folders
- 7 single subject notebooks
- 10 pencils
- 12 pencil top erasers
Any additional items needed can be requested through the MHS Guidance Office once school has started.
