Printed membership activation forms are also available at the library during regular spring/summer hours: Tuesdays and Thursday 11:00 AM- 6:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM. The library is located at 2 Lower Taylor Hill Rd in Winhall, VT.
