Verbal De-escalation Course - 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  
In this one-day course you will learn to respond to various levels of crisis behavior by managing your attitude and reactions in order to influence a positive outcome.  Develop limit-setting strategies and strengthen nonverbal communication skills.

Complete NCI Training - 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day. 
In this two-day course you will learn to respond to crisis behavior by recognizing how to manage your attitude and reactions in order to influence a positive outcome.  Develop limit-setting strategies and strengthen nonverbal communication skills. Explore the Physical Skills Review Framework and practice both non-restrictive and restrictive interventions to ensure a safe resolution.

This half-day course is for those who which to renew their NCI certification before it expires.  Participants must have completed the 2-Day Complete Course during the 21-22 school year.
