BayCon 2024 Artist Alley Application
Thank you for your interest in joining our Artist Alley at BayCon 2024. Please complete the application below to begin the process of applying for Artist Alley space. 

Like the Art Show, the Artist Alley is juried. This primarily means two things:
  • If you have previously been a part of the Artist Alley, there is no guarantee that we will accept your application. Also, we may not be able to offer you as many panel(s) or table(s) as you have requested. 
  • You will be notified whether your application has been accepted or not, and any fees due will be communicated at that time.
FLOOR SPACE
  • Artist Alley is located in a high-traffic area directly adjacent to convention function space and adjoining the dealers room.
  • Artist tables are 6-feet long and thirty inches wide with space for two chairs. The fee for each table is $75 and comes with one full weekend membership
  • Additional memberships must be purchased at a reduced convention rate of $60.
  • All interior table backdrops and displays must not exceed 8 feet in height and cannot extend beyond the edges of your table width.
EVENT DATES: 7/04/2024 - 7/07/2024.

ARTIST ALLEY HOURS: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Thursday), 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Friday/Saturday), 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Sunday). These hours are subject to change.

APPLICATION PERIOD: 3/1/2024 - 5/15/2024 

Applications will be accepted from this form only.

Note: Space is limited and will be assigned on a "first come, first served basis." Accepted artists will be sent an invoice via PayPal within 3 days of acceptance of your application and payment is due within 30 days of notification. There is a $5 per table late fee if your payment is not made after 30 days.
