The Hive offers a 12-month fellowship program to coaches who work with underrepresented, marginalized or underserved communities.

The Social Impact Exchange Program is designed to amplify the transformations, opportunities, and growth of as many marginalized individuals as possible.

**This is not a scholarship program. Fellowships are not granted based solely on the financial need of the coach. Instead, they are granted based on the potential impact our fellows might have on their communities. Our aim is impact, inclusion, and opportunity.

The Hive’s goal is to ensure the most inclusive and ethical training as possible and value your expertise and lived experience. We want to know how the practices we teach apply (or don’t) to your particular audience and pledge to apply your feedback in order to make our program more conscious, equitable, and accessible. Which is why we ask that in exchange for a tuition waiver, if you are selected, you agree to provide written feedback about the efficacy and impact of the strategies and tools we teach as they apply to your audience.

The Social Impact Exchange Program is a 12-month training program which requires attendance to a minimum of 3 calls each month and complete 100% of the course material over the course of 12 months.
