1. Terms and Conditions are subject to revision and change by Studio by Raquel Yeo ("the management") without notice.

2. Term calendar is subject to revision and change. Please refer to the studio calendar on https://www.studiobyraquelyeo.com/studio-calendar for the latest update.

3. There is a registration fee of SGD45 (one-time, non-refundable) for new participants who register for a term package. Registration fee is not applicable for a single class or trial class enrolment.

4. After the management has received your registration form, payment will be advised via text. Please note that the completion of the registration form does not confirm your enrolment.

5. Payment must be made before the commencement of a term/class. Full payment must be received to be successfully enrolled in the class.

6. There is a minimum of 2 students to commence a class. The management reserves the rights to reschedule/cancel a class should the number of participants falls below the minimum number. Full refund will be made under this circumstance.

7. The management reserves the rights to reschedule participants to another class or available day/time if the class exceeds the maximum quota.

8. Participant or his/her parent/guardian should inform the management if the participant is unable to make it for a lesson. Participant may attend a make-up lesson in another class that is not full and that is of the same or lower level and value. Make-up lesson must be scheduled within the same or following term in which payment applies. If participant wants to attend a make-up lesson in another programme of a higher value, the management will advise him/her on the payment of the fee difference. No refund will be given for absence for personal reasons.

9. Should a participant be absent for 5 or more lessons without any valid reason, he/she may be deemed to have withdrawn from the programme. The participant will not be entitled for any refund.

10. Once the term has commenced, no refund will be given for withdrawals.

11. Based on the educator's discretion, any participant who is deemed unwell or unfit for lesson will not be allowed to participate in class to ensure his/her safety and wellbeing.
