Growth Company of the Year and Industry Growth Company of the Year categories:
• Be an Australian company
• Have been in business for more than two years, and
• Demonstrate a turnover or market share in the range of $15 million to $500 million
(please note the Technology category has a minimum of $5 million).
Women in Leadership
• Be an Australian citizen or resident
• Have been working in your field for more than two years, and
• Be involved (CEO/C-suite/Exec director or equivalent position) in a company with a turnover or market share in the range of $15 million to $500 million.
Exit of the Year
• Have closed in FY19
• Involve one or more Australian companies, and
• Be valued in the mid-market range of $15 million to $500 million.
Turnaround Deal of the Year
• A group who has implemented a financial, management, strategic or operational program to drive the recovery of a distressed business
• Involve one or more Australian companies, and
• Demonstrate a turnover or market share in the mid-market range of $15 million to $500 million.
Company to Watch
• Be an Australian company
• Have been in business for more than two years, and
• Demonstrate a turnover or market share of over $5 million.
