This form allows leaders, coaches and trainees to volunteer to be involved with events on the 2020 calendar.  As in 2019 we are planning to support aspirant leaders and coaches by allowing them to assist on events free of charge to gain experience.  

If you volunteer for an event the organiser of the event will be notified.  The organiser will contact you to confirm or not your involvement with the event.  Normally they will do this as soon as they can.

Even if you have already agreed with an organiser that you will support an event please complete the relevant event entry so we can track it.  

In some cases you may be qualified to lead, coach or assist on an event but the quota is already filled, in this case you need to indicate if you would still like to be involved either as an assistant rather than as a leader (free participation but no expenses) or as a paying participant.
