I hereby agree if selected to serve as a Judge for the 2023 JUNO Awards, I will hold confidential all information pertaining thereto, including my identity as a Judge, and the names of the artists who submit in this category.
This process is not an open forum for discussion. Disclosure of this information, either verbally, written, or through social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok etc.) is unacceptable.
I understand that my name may be published by CARAS digitally or in print, following the confidential voting period.To the best of my knowledge, I have no direct or personal involvement with music projects submitted in the selected category. It is understood and agreed that if I have any vested interest in any of the products being adjudicated, I will declare such interest to CARAS immediately.
Confidentiality & Morality Agreement: All information and results you receive throughout your term as a judge are to be kept confidential and CARAS will have the right to terminate any Judge at any time (in addition to any other rights and remedies that CARAS may have at law or in equity).
If CARAS in its sole, absolute and unfettered discretion decides that any act, omission, conduct, association or statement of the Judge or any allegation made by a third party regarding any act, omission, conduct, association or statement of the Judge, does or might reflect unfavourably upon or adversely affect the goodwill, reputation or value of the Judge or CARAS or contravenes any of CARAS policies, its shareholders, partners or their respective affiliates. Upon any such disqualification, CARAS and the Judge will have no further obligations to one another under this Agreement and no compensation for time volunteered under this Agreement will be issued.

Accord de confidentialité et de probité : Tous les renseignements et résultats qui vous seront divulgués dans le cadre de votre mandat de juré devront rester strictement confidentiels. La CARAS aura le droit de mettre fin en tout temps au mandat de tout juré (en plus des autres droits et recours que la CARAS pourrait avoir en droit ou en équité).
Si la CARAS, à sa discrétion absolue, décide qu’une action, une omission, une conduite, une association ou une déclaration d’un juré ou toute autre allégation faite par un tiers à l’égard d’une action, une omission, une conduite, une association ou une déclaration d’un juré, pourrait nuire au bon vouloir, à la réputation ou à la valeur du juré ou de la CARAS; ou enfreint toute politique de la CARAS, de ses agents, partenaires ou affiliés respectifs, ledit juré sera disqualifié. Advenant une telle disqualification, la CARAS et le juré n’auront plus aucune obligation l’un envers l’autre en vertu du présent Accord et aucune rémunération ne sera versée pour le bénévolat effectué en vertu du présent Accord.
