RULES:
• Entrees for the Novice, Advanced, and Skit categories must have made 60% or more of costumes
• Costumes must be appropriate for all ages. NO NUDITY ALLOWED
• Costumes can be from any pop culture or original characters as long as it is appropriate
• If you are in the judged categories, you MUST attend prejudging.
• Any costumes or skits can be denied
• All judged category entrants should be 18+
• WE ARE REQUIRING ALL CONTESTANTS TO BE FULLY VACCINATED (or with a valid medical excuse)
EXHIBITION:
• NOT JUDGED
• Costume does not have to be made, but there is no award for this categories
• All ages welcome to show off their Halloween costume
NOVICE:
• For newer cosplayers that have not won a cosplay award yet.
ADVANCED:
• Must have won at least one cosplay award previously
SKITS:
• Groups no larger than 5 allowed unless otherwise granted permission
• All skit performances should be no longer than 3 minutes

There will be certificates for the winners of each judged category (Novice/Advanced Walk-Ons and Skit) as well as for each judge. Best in show will win a $100 prepaid visa card.

Pre-judging will be on the day of contest starting at noon, time slot assignments will be done on a first come, first serve basis after you register.
