Spay Neuter Clinic Registration Request
AS OF APRIL 2024 
Spay/neuter transport from Almost Home for domesticated cats/dogs occurs generally on the 2nd Wednesday (South Central Spay/Neuter) & third Thursday (Augusta Regional SPCA) of every month.  
Second Wednesday of the month:  Lynchburg - Drop off 7 AM, Pick Up 12 Noon Thursday. 
Third Thursday of the month:  Augusta - Drop off 6:30 AM, Pick Up ~ 6 PM.
Your request will be sent to our spay/neuter coordinator.  Please submit multiple forms if you have multiple animals.  DO NOT submit multiple applications for the same animal - be patient and you will be contacted in order they were received.  
You will be contacted using the preference you select for communications.  NOTE:  make sure your voicemail is operational and not full if you select to be contacted by phone.
