Nonprofit/Govt Rate Interest Form

We reserved a 40 room block at the Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Spa for the 2024 CCPUC Annual Meeting for eligible nonprofit and government employees. Rooms are $126 per night, and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. FOR MULTIPLE REQUESTS, FILL OUT A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL.

The Hyatt Indian Wells govt/nonprofit rate room block is currently full.

We are in the process of reserving a block at an overflow hotel with gov/nonprofit rates at the Tommy Bahama Miramonte Hotel, located across the street. It is advised you secure alternate hotel accommodation until CCPUC provides further instructions. We will notify you if a room opens up at the Hyatt (or at an overflow location). Hotel confirmation numbers will be emailed as they are assigned. Only a limited number of rooms tied to an existing Hyatt reservation may be transferred to another person after April 15, 2024.
