This questionnaire is focused on getting information on overall satisfaction of people employed in the IT sector. The purpose of this questionnaire is its usage in research for a scientific article named "Why do people frequently change jobs in the IT sector and what can employers do to keep the workforce" that explores reasons people frequently change jobs, prominently in the IT sector. The article is written by Algebra University students Javor Marošević, Dorothy Phiri, Mario Vegh and Dominik Vidaković.
