Donate a Raffle Basket and help us Fund the Fun for years to come! This year's Fall Festival is free - we're hoping this means people will feel called to invite neighbors and friends. We also hope many will consider purchasing at least $5 worth of raffle tickets.
If you're donating a completed basket, please include a list of basket items and an approximate value (raffle baskets cannot exceed an estimated value of $599)
If your basket includes alcohol or an alcohol theme, please be sure to indicate this on the item list. This is allowed but the winner will be age verified.
Please bring your items or basket no later than Saturday, October 26. We will be setting up in the Parish Hall from 1:00 - 3:00 PM. Baskets can be left in the tech room of the Sanctuary (the room closest to the choir risers) on Sundays or brought to our office during regular office hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Fridays 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Individual items donated might be combined at the discretion of the Raffle Chair.
Raffle Baskets will be on display and ticket sales will occur 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM, 3:00 - 5:15 PM on Sunday, October 27. Winners will not need to be present to win!
