Cancellation Policy:

To cancel entire event, a minimum of 7 days notice is required to receive a full refund of deposit and a minimum of 2 days notice is required to receive a refund of 50% of deposit.
To cancel a single client (up to 2 clients) from the group reservation, a minimum of 24 hour notice is required to avoid a $25.00 per client cancelation fee.
If your group is paying separately, whoever made the $100.00 deposit fee in your group can use that amount toward their services. If your services is less than $100.00, you can get salon credit back or use it toward any one of your group services.
