1. I will need multiple photo references of your subject. I highly recommend sending clear pictures, poses, mood boards, or sketches of your own ideas. Descriptions or videos are also recommended so I can fully grasp the character. 

2. I will do 2-3 rough sketches. This stage includes basic composition and values. The client may choose or freely suggest what they want to be done.

3. The client must send 50% of the price after I send the sketches.

4. There will be no refunds once the rough sketches have been sent.

5. The artist has full authority to decline a commission they are not comfortable to do.

6. I will update the client with the progress every 3-7 days depending on my schedule. Patience is heavily appreciated,  but the client is free to suggest any revisions or improvements during the updates.

 Turnover expectations:

Monochrome sketches = up to a week

Lineart + simple coloring = a week or more

Full render = 2 weeks or more

7. When I have finished the piece, the client must send the remaining payment before I send the image files.

8. Commercial use (ex. merchandise, book publishing, advertising) will have double pricing.

9. For character drawings, Every additional character has an additional fee of 50% the total price. Specific different versions of a character do not count for the additional fee. 

What counts for additional fee: 

Difference of poses between versions

Age comparison, aged up and vice versa

Twins/clones that differ in poses

Reflections on water/ mirror

What doesn’t count for additional fee:

Different expressions

Different clothes (as long as the pose is the same)

10. NSFW, gore, or complex designs might have additional fees depending on the extremity.
