Haluatko mukaan tekemään Teekkaripurjehtijoiden toimintaa vuodelle 2022? Kerho tarvitsee aktiivisia vapaaehtoisia toimintansa pyörittämiseksi, ja haku vuoden 2022 hallitukseen sekä muihin vastuutehtäviin on nyt auki. Ensi vuoden hallitus, toiminnantarkastajat, sekä muita toimihenkilöitä valitaan vaalikokouksessa perjantaina 26.11.2021 klo 17.30 alkaen.
Vaalikokous järjestetään Otarannan kattosaunalla (Otaranta 8 E, Otaniemi, Espoo), jossa ilta jatkuu kokouksen jälkeen pikkujoulujen merkeissä, joten mukaan kannattaa joka tapauksessa tulla jokaisen!
Vaalikokouksessa valitaan hallituksen ja toiminnantarkastajien lisäksi vain keskeisimmät vastuutoimihenkilöt, kuten hallituksen ulkopuoliset pääveneenhoitajat, vuosijuhlavastaavat, ja IT-vastaavat. Jäsenet tiimeihin valitsee hallitus 2022 toimikautensa alussa ja aikana. Tällä lomakkeella voit kuitenkin jo ilmoittaa kiinnostuksesi myös näihin tiimeihin.
Hallitus- tai toimihenkilö- eli johtistoiminta on erinomainen mahdollisuus päästä aktiivisesti mukaan kaikkeen kerhon toimintaan ja oppia! Hallitus- ja toimihenkilötoiminnasta saa myös kirjata talkootunteja.
Ilmoittaessasi kiinnostuksesi tehtäviin tällä lomakkeella, sinuun tullaan olemaan yhteydessä vielä ennen valintoja – et siis vielä sitoudu mihinkään. Haku on auki kokoukseen asti, ja vielä kokouksessakin voi asettua ehdolle. Mikäli listassa ei ole haluamaasi vaihtoehtoa, mutta sinulla on hyvä idea, mitä haluaisit kerhossa tehdä, ota yhteyttä! Hyville uusille ideoille löytyy aina tukea.
Älä epäröi olla yhteydessä kehen tahansa nykyiseen hallituksen jäseneen tai toimihenkilöön kyselläksesi lisää tehtävistä – toimijoihin saa yhteyden esimerkiksi Slack-viestillä tai kerhon nettisivuilta löytyvin yhteystiedoin. Do you want to join for organizing Teekkaripurjehtijat activities for year 2022? The club needs active volunteers, and call for the next year's board and other officials is now open. The board, auditors (Fi: toiminnantarkastajat) and other officials are elected in the Election Meeting on Friday 26th November 2021 at 17.30.
The meeting will be held at Otaranta Rooftop Sauna (Otaranta 8 E, Espoo), where the evening continues with the Christmas Party, so I recommend everyone to join, regardless of interested in board positions or not!
Apart from the board and auditors, only the essential officials, such as Heads of Boat Maintenance (if not in board), Annual Ball responsibles and IT responsibles, are elected in the Election Meeting. The members for teams, such as Boat Maintenance or Dinghy Team, will be chosen by the Board 2022. However, you can already inform about your interest for becoming a member of these teams, by filling this form.
Being a board member or official (= a Johtis member) is a great way to get aboard to all club's activities and learn! For your work as board member or official, you will also get bee-hours.
After filling this form, you will be contacted before any elections are done – . The application is open until the Election Meeting, and you can also apply for a position still in the meeting. If there is not satisfying positions listed in the form, but you have a great idea what you'd like to do in the club, contact us! There will always be support for great new ideas.
Don't hesitate to contact any of the current board members or officials to ask more about the positions – you can contact the people for example by a Slack message, or by the contact info found from the club's website. You are also welcome to join the current board in the Pub Kaisla on Thu 18.11. at 18 for an afterwork, to discuss about the positions and speculate about the next year's board! Attending does not require applying for any positions, and is not required for applying for any positions. More info will be posted in Slack.
